These terms are the rules for using gamingcorner.org ("GamingCorner", "we", "us"). GamingCorner is run by SecureAIApps. When you use the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Free Use of the Site
GamingCorner is free. You do not need an account, and there is no sign-up or login. You can play the games for your own personal, non-commercial use. We can change, add or remove games and pages at any time, and a game can stop working without notice.
Many games save your progress in your own browser. This data stays on your device, and we cannot see it or restore it. If you clear your browser data or change your device, you can lose your saved progress. Our Privacy Policy has more about this.
Games From Other Developers
Most games on GamingCorner come from other developers and publishers. The names, characters, trademarks, artwork, music, code and other materials of these games stay the property of their owners. We do not claim to own a game unless the game page says so. A game on GamingCorner does not mean that its developer or publisher works with us, sponsors us or supports us, unless the page says so.
Some games are our own. On these pages, GamingCorner is the developer or the publisher.
You must not copy, download for others, sell or host the games or the text of this site somewhere else, unless the owner of that material gives you permission.
Copyright Reports
If you own the rights to a game or other material on GamingCorner and you think that we use it without permission, email us at developer@secureaiapps.com. Send:
- The address (URL) of the page
- The name of the material
- A short explanation of your rights
- A way to contact you
We review each report and can update, restrict or remove the material. More information is on our Contact page and our About page.
Acceptable Use
When you use GamingCorner, you must not:
- Try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site or to the servers behind it
- Send automated traffic, for example bots or scripts, that puts a heavy load on the site
- Click ads on purpose to make false clicks or views, or ask other people to do this
- Put harmful code into the site or into a game
- Use the site for anything that is against the law where you live
In games that have online play, other players can see the name that you type. Do not use a name that is offensive or that belongs to another person.
Ads
GamingCorner is free because it shows ads. The ads come from Adsterra, and they are banner ads and native ads (ads that look like a list of links or articles). Advertisers make the ads, not us. We do not support the products or services in an ad. If you click an ad, you go to a site of the advertiser, and the terms and the privacy policy of that site apply. To report a problem with an ad, use our Contact page. The Privacy Policy explains what data the ads use.
No Warranty
We supply GamingCorner and all games "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the site or a game will always be available, free of errors or free of harmful code, or that it will work on your device or browser. Some games behave differently on different devices, browsers or connections. The information on the game pages can be incomplete or out of date. We try to correct errors when we know about them.
Limit of Liability
As far as the law allows, SecureAIApps and GamingCorner are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from your use of the site, the games, the ads or the sites that we link to. This includes lost game progress, lost data, and damage to your device. Some places do not allow these limits. In these places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.
Links to Other Sites
Some pages link to sites that we do not run, for example the privacy policies of our partners. Some games connect to servers of other companies, for example for online play. We do not control these sites and servers, and we are not responsible for their content or for how they use your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Changes to These Terms
We can change these terms. When we change them, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the site after a change, the new terms apply.
